About the Doctors
Nicole M. Gdowski
Nicole M. Gdowski, OD has practiced optometry in a variety of clinical settings and is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Michigan, graduating with distinction in 2007, and went on to complete her Doctor of Optometry degree with highest distinction from the Michigan College of Optometry at Ferris State University in 2011.
Dr. Gdowski served as President of the West Michigan Optometric Association from 2012–2016 and remains an active member of the Michigan Optometric Association. She is experienced in the diagnosis and management of dry eye disease, macular degeneration, glaucoma, and diabetic eye conditions. She is also able to perform comprehensive eye examinations in Spanish.
Dr. Gdowski enjoys the unique opportunity to provide private-practice style care within the Costco setting, where she focuses on building long-term relationships and delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Adrian Hulbert, O.D.
Dr. Adrian Hulbert earned her Doctoral Degree at Michigan College of Optometry at Ferris State University in 2014, where she also completed her Bachelor of Science Degree. While in Optometry school Dr. Hulbert was awarded a Health Progressions Scholarship through the United States Airforce. After graduating Dr. Hulbert spent 6 years serving active duty in the Air Force and providing eye care to active duty members, their families, and retirees. In 2018 Dr. Hulbert became a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry, a high distinction amongst optometrists. In 2020 Dr. Hulbert moved back home to Michigan to continue her service with the Michigan Air National Guard and settled here on the lakeshore where she has been serving the West Michigan community ever since. In her free time Dr. Hulbert enjoys time with her young family, arts and crafts, getting outside, and serving in her church and local community.
